Most items are sized to be shippable via UPS or comparable service, such as Fed X or the US Postal Service.
Original Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable, except in the case of freight damage. Most return charges
will also be the responsibility of the customer. We do request that you notify us of your desire to send merchandise back,
and return it within 7 days of its arrival in your home.
We cannot guarantee the length of time is will take for you to receive your shipments to an APO or FPO address. These may also incur additional charges. We will notify you if that is the case. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may also incur additional charges. We cannot sell to, or ship outside the United States.
Any shipments within the state of Missouri will be charged 6.6% state sales tax, which is the rate where our headquarters are located.
Rush delivery charges. We will notify you of the additional charges and get your approval before shipping a rush
